It was a steamy night at the poolside as the Carthage varsity girls swim team took on Watertown.

Allison, Melissa & Claire all swam extremely well, and the Sr. High Youth were there to cheer them on poolside. Each week the Sr. Highers cheer on their classmates at a school event... come and join us!

Our next get out is MONDAY - Sept 27th at 5:30 @ the turf cheering on the JV Girls Soccer team.

Cardboard, duct tape and water...

After staying up most of the night, running on donuts and very little sleep, the Senior High youth competed in the first ever NCF cardboard boat race! But what is a boat really? Check out the videos and let us know YOUR vote on who should be declared the winners of this event...

The youth had an exuberant time on the canoe trip.

They played a boat-load of cabin games and had a lesson the first night when they arrived. The next day, the youth woke up real early (early for them) to head out on the open water. It was about an 8 hour trip and they had a ton of fun. At one point, there were some canoe wars going on as the kids took buckets of water and hurled the water at each other. What a blast! All in all, a spectacular time for all who participated (except Luke, he ended up tasting his meals multiple times over, wont go into detail)

stuff for sr. highers

Peer pressure, relationships and school, oh my! Add sports, hormones and body hair to that and you pretty much have a teen.

GRADES 9-12: During these times of change and growth it is vital to have a healthy place to build relationships - with God and with others.

FOUNDATIONS - Every-Other Sunday evening at Pastor Mike's home, we provide teens a place to be open and honest, as well as crazy and funny, all while exploring the faith.

GET OUT - provide a safe place to be a teen: games, activities, movie nights, concerts, and camping trips, sports events.

REACH OUT: Missions trips, services, outreach to teach that it truly is better to give than to receive and to help develop a heart of compassion.

safety: all of the volunteers that work with the kids and youth ministries undergo a national back ground check. Your kids are safe to grow.
