Since everything we do as individuals can be ministry, we want to encourage people to use their gifts, abilities, interests and resources for the glory of God. As church leaders we want to support and help as many ministries as we can. However, the level of support that the church, and the church leadership can provide for each ministry will vary.

For those of you who want to use your talents for God we are willing to help support you with options such as bulletin inserts, your events listed on the church calendar and website, etc.

Some guidelines that you need to follow:

• Before a ministry will be promoted by the church it must be approved by the elders.
• Any event that you wish to hold at the church must be approved by the elders. You must complete a building use form and submit this form 45 days in advance and allow 7 days for processing.
• As the leader of a ministry, you are responsible to write out (and design if necessary) your announcement as you want it printed. Coughlin Printing will provide copy/printing services free of charge.
• Any bulletin announcements or inserts must be received by the elders no later than the Tuesday prior to the Sunday you want the event announced/inserted.
• The elders reserve the right to adjust or adapt this policy at any time.
