Tonight we took our first look at God the Son. After studying God the Father and learning that He is the creator of the universe, the giver of knowledge, and the source of salvation, our study on the trinity naturally lead us to take a look at who Jesus is, according to His own words.
The list below includes common items found in most food pantries. Recipes often call for a variety of ingredients not found in food pantries. A family using a food pantry seldom has much more in their cupboards than basic supplies.
Well, the inaugural bible study for the Jr. High Youth has come and gone. A team moving forward into the world of our beloved creator. Much thanks to all who worked long and hard to get this group going.
We are learning, growing, and in many ways getting better.
Week two of our study of the trinity was a revealing look at why God lets bad things happen to good people. Our group is focused on teaching our youth to love god and love others, so it seemed appropriate to explore our faith in this way in light of the recent events in Haiti.
